A: We bring professional equipment as needed to ensure a safe, comfortable experience. Depending on your needs and the shower setup, this may include:

  • Non-slip floor mats

  • Detachable grab bars

  • Towels, washcloths, and personal care items (if requested during assessment)

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are trained to adapt to any home environment while maintaining your safety, privacy, and dignity.

Q: Do I need to provide anything for the shower?

A: Clear access to your bathroom and any personal hygiene products you prefer, such as shampoo or body wash.

Q: What happens during the pre-service assessment?

A: During the pre-service assessment, we visit your home to evaluate your shower or bathing area and identify what equipment may be needed to ensure your safety and comfort. We’ll also take the time to talk with you, learn about your mobility level, and ask a few questions about your preferences and any challenges you experience. This helps us create the most safe, personalized plan that fits your unique needs.

Q: Who provides the services?

A: All services are provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are professionally trained in in-home shower and bathing care. Each team member is compassionate, discreet, and committed to preserving your comfort and dignity.

Q: Do you offer medical care or handle medical records?

A: No. Our CNAs are trained care professionals, not medical providers. While we don’t perform medical treatments, we do conduct skin assessment documentation through our Wound Police Program and note any visible skin concerns for your nurse or care team.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We currently serve Vancouver and surrounding communities, as well as the Seattle Metro Area (including Tacoma). If you’re outside these regions, please reach out — we may still be able to help.

Q: How can I prepare for my first appointment?

A: Before your appointment, ensure your bathroom is accessible, clean, and well-lit. If possible, have towels and personal care products ready.

Q: What if I or my loved one feels uncomfortable during the service?

A: Your comfort and dignity are our top priorities. It is your right to pause or stop the session at any time. Our CNAs are trained to work gently and respectfully, always at your pace.
